Golf Links Vacation was setup by Padraig O' Connell & David Keating who between them have 40 Years experience in the Golf, Travel & Marketing business. 

Padraig O' Connell is based in Orlando, Florida.  He is the CEO of the IEG Group. IEG develop eCommerce & Marketing software for clients in  USA & Europe. Padraig has headed IEG since 2005.

Padraig has a huge interest in the golf business & has developed software for the golf industry over the past 10 years.

He is a member of the Dr. Philips Rotary Club which is based in Bayhill Orlando, home of Arnold Palmer. Padraig is  also a member of Orange County Golf Club in Windermere, Orlando.  Padraig's company IEG also works & supports the Swingtime program based in Mauritius, South Africa, Switzerland and USA. Swingtime is an international event organiser for Corporate Golf as well as a Sponsor of many of South Africa's Professional Golfers.

David Keating is the Head P.G.A. Professional at Killarney Golf & Fishing Club in County Kerry,  Ireland.  Killarney has recently held the Irish Open in 2010 and 2011 where it was ranked as the second biggest tournament on the European tour on both occasions.

Keating is also a committee member of the P.G.A. Irish Region and P.G.A Southern branch. He specialises in Coaching and Club fitting and is regarded as one of Ireland's leading P.G.A. Professionals. In 2004 David was Callaway club fitter of the Year. He has been the Kerry County Coach since 2008 and has developed innovative coaching programmes for adult and junior golfers.  He has been involved in the golf travel business for over 20 years and has organisied professional and amateur tournaments all over the world.
